TSA has many membership levels for the wide variety of ways people can become involved with and support our organization. We have honorary memberships for benefactors that support the association with monetary gifts. In addition to the memberships which carry flying privileges, there are associate and temporary memberships. Youth program is described below as well as a junior membership and cadet memberships.
: $500 initiation fee, $65 per month plus $80 annual Soaring Society of America membership.
People who are at least 13 and not more than 22 years of age are eligible to become Youth Program members. Youth Program members can earn flying credits by helping around the airfield with the credits applied to their flying charges. Many youth members are able to essentially fly for free by using these work credits.
